GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV)

Article 1 – Objet
The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale (CGV) is to define the rights and obligations between:
Jeunesse En Mission Cévennes, declared association, whose headquarters is located at 395 Route du Mas David, 30360 Vézénobres, France
and anyone wishing to access the online training entitled:
“Online prophetic training”
Article 2 – Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
Any order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the customer.
Article 3 – Description of the training
The “Online Prophetic Training” training is an educational training offering biblically inspired teachings around the field of the prophetic.
It is provided in the form of digital content (videos, written materials and/or other educational formats) accessible online.
This training is led by Schikora Fredrik, external speaker.
It does not constitute personalized support or individual spiritual advice and does not guarantee any specific results.
Article 4 – Price
The price of the training is set at:
€80 incl. VAT (including VAT at the current rate)
The association reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the training will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the order.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The accepted payment methods are:
- Bank card
- [Stripe / PayPal if used]
Article 6 – Access to training
After validation of payment, the customer receives personal access to the training platform.
The accesses are:
- Strictly personal
- Non-transferable
- Valid for lifetime access from purchase, unless interrupted beyond the control of the association
Access to the training is provided via a third-party platform.
The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of his identifiers.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:
The customer expressly waives his right of withdrawal as long as the training is accessible immediately after payment.
No reimbursement may be required after access to the content.
Article 8 – Reimbursement conditions
No refund will be made after purchase, except in exceptional cases left to the discretion of the association.
Article 9 – Liability
The association undertakes to provide the means necessary for the successful completion of the training.
However, it cannot be held responsible:
- personal interpretation of content
- misuse of information
- of the absence of results
- technical problems beyond its control
- possible malfunctions of the training hosting platform
Article 10 – Intellectual property
All contents (videos, texts, media) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Schikora Fredrik.
Any reproduction, distribution, sharing or resale is strictly prohibited without written permission.
Article 11 – Personal data
The data collected via the site (forms, purchases, registrations) are processed by Jeunesse En Mission Cévennes, as data controller.
This data is used only within the framework of the commercial relationship, in particular for:
- order management
- access to training
- communication with users
Some data may be processed via third-party tools (training platform, payment solution).
Personal data is under no circumstances sold, exchanged or transferred to third parties.
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his personal data.

Article 12 – Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Article 14 – Prohibition of sharing access
Access identifiers are strictly personal.
Any sharing, resale or dissemination of access may result in the immediate suspension of access to the training without reimbursement.
Article 15 – Minimum age
The training is intended for an adult audience.
The customer declares to be at least 18 years old at the time of the order.
In the event that the customer is a minor, he declares that he has the authorization of his legal representative to make the purchase.
The association cannot be held responsible in the event of a purchase made by a minor without parental authorization.
Article 16 – Fight against piracy
Any attempt to reproduce, distribute, record, download or unauthorized use of the training content is prohibited.
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- share your access credentials
- record or broadcast content
- resell or distribute the training, in whole or in part
In the event of non-compliance with these provisions, the association reserves the right to:
- suspend or remove access to training without reimbursement
- take any necessary action to stop the harm
Article 17 – Availability of the service
The association strives to ensure access to training 24/7.
However, access may be temporarily suspended in the event of:
- maintenance
- update
- technical problem
- third-party platform failure
- force majeure
The association cannot be held responsible in the event of temporary unavailability of the service.
Article 18 – Force majeure
The association cannot be held responsible in the event of non-execution or delay in the execution of its obligations due to a case of force majeure.
The following are considered force majeure:
- natural disasters
- fires
- network or hosting outages
- computer attacks
- any unforeseeable external event beyond the control of the association
Article 19 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
Article 20 – External speakers
As part of the training, the seller can call on external speakers to lead certain content, in particular online sessions (videoconferences, workshops, etc.).
These parties act as independent service providers.
The seller remains solely responsible for marketing the training.
The content and interventions proposed in this framework are an obligation of means and do not guarantee any specific results.
